The long term rental of an apartment is bound to a minimum stay of 3 weeks.
Mira´s favorit is a "feels like home" Apartment in Mashraba that holds up to western standards. It is located about a 7 min. walk away from the Coworking Space.
It has 1,5 bedrooms. One room is furnished with a double bed while the other one is separated from the living room by curtains.
For one month the rent for the complete house is 995 € for two people.
Any extra person costs 150 € (up to 2).
The rent includes wifi, towels & sheets and housekeeping on a weekly basis.
Also including all the benefits of the Coworking Space. (Sim card Service + 20 GB mobile internet for each person)
